Welcome to NCFirecrackers Team Phifer!

NCFirecrackers Phifer is a team made up of 2007 and 2006 young ladies.  We have teammates from NC with representation from 9 area high school and middle school programs.  Our goal is to develop our players into outstanding confident young ladies and to prepare them for the next level in softball.  We stress teamwork, respect, attitude, and humility.  We also instruct our players on how to handle adversity along with success. Being a Firecracker means you understand that you are beautiful, certain of yourself and very capable of playing this game.  We are committed to self-respect, Playing With Honor, and striving to make decisions that will provide ultimate happiness for the rest of  your life.
